Yes, but it’s not that simple. It really depends on the ingredients and quantity of each ingredient. You want all natural ingredients (that you can get from Whole Foods or that your body naturally produces), sweeteners and flavorings, and to not exceed certain amounts of those ingredients. NutraBump Pre Workout sticks to these heavily researched guidelines to provide you with one of the only pre workouts on the market to help you achieve your health and fitness goals, and remain safe for you and your little one.* We have done the research and worked with practitioners to formulate our products but it is still important to consult with your physician prior to use.

How much caffeine can you take while pregnant or nursing?

Everyone is different so you should discuss with your doctor, but the rule of thumb is to keep your caffeine intake to 300mg max of natural caffeine in a single day… Our pre workout includes 100mg of natural caffeine which leaves plenty of room for extra throughout the day!

Are BCAAs okay to use for expecting moms?

In general, this is a No!* Many forms of BCAAs are synthetic (with loads of artificial sweeteners and additives) and not necessary when you are hitting your whole food nutritional needs.

Can I take pre workout while breastfeeding?
