How to Use It

Take two (2) capsules in the morning with rst meal. If well tolerated, take two (2) capsules with rst meal and two (2) capsules with last meal daily, until capsules are gone. Discontinue use if not well tolerated.

Not recommended during pregnancy, as some ingredients may cause uterine contractions or digestive distress. Should be avoided during breastfeeding due to the lack of safety data on many of the included ingredients.
