Refund Policy
Customers may request a return & refund on unopened/unworn products only within 30 days of the order date, some exceptions may apply on a case-by-case basis. Sale items or items purchased with a discount are final and cannot be refunded.
Refunds (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is eligible for a return on a case by case basis. A request must be submitted for a review. To receive a refund, the product must be returned. Please reach out to our support team to start the process via info@nutrabump.com.

Products that are sealed can be returned upon approval for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable.

Products that are not sealed can be returned upon approval for a refund minus a 50% return and disposal fee. Shipping is non-refundable.
- We will not accept Any item that is returned more than 30 days after order. We cannot accept returns without approval and all returns must be sent to the right location.
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, NutraBump will take full responsibility and issue a refund or replacement.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet after 5 business days, please contact your bank to see if there is a delay. If your order was through PayPal, they can take up to 14 days to refund the amount to you after we refund it to them.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@nutrabump.com and we will verify if there is any issue and will provide proof of the refund on our end.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or purchases with a discount, cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item that is unopened, send us an email at info@nutrabump.com for approval.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping Insurance:
NutraBump Nutrition is not liable for products once the address has been verified and package handed over to the shipping carrier.
If you purchased insurance on the shipment of your order and you do not receive your order, please contact the carrier before contacting us. We must be contacted about lost packages within 5 days of delivery. Claims after 5 days of delivery will be denied.
Insurance is through the carrier to cover the shipping of lost or damaged products and we can file a claim through the carrier with that if products are not received.
NutraBump is only responsible for providing the products to the carrier with the correct address provided by the customer, and is no longer responsible for the order and product once handed to the carrier. The delivery is then between the customer and the carrier, and we will help the best we can and file a claim if needed but the carrier must agree and cover any claims filed or deny them. Refer to the carrier policy on lost or stolen items if you did not receive your order.
Shipping
You must contact us for approval prior to any returns. Returns without notification, or returns sent to the wrong location will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs to you are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
